A centralized enterprise validation platform built for iAF (Interessengemeinschaft Ausbildung im Finanzbereich) that automates multi-lingual validation campaigns, dynamic form building, digital Code of Conduct execution, and audit-ready data exports across Switzerland.
Coordinating validation campaigns across hundreds of Swiss financial education experts previously meant fragmented Excel spreadsheets, manual email dispatches, untracked responses, and physical or disjointed Code of Conduct signatures. Ensuring complete audit compliance and cross-cantonal multilingual support (German, French, Italian, and English) created overwhelming administrative overhead.
We designed and built ExpertenToolValidation for iAF as an end-to-end digital compliance workspace. Administrators can build dynamic questionnaires with conditional logic, orchestrate multi-lingual campaigns with automated reminders, import expert rosters via Excel, and track participation in real time. Experts access passwordless verification links, complete evaluations, and digitally sign the Code of Conduct, with instant tamper-proof PDF generation and consolidated data exports.
Every campaign, questionnaire, expert roster, and digital Code of Conduct is managed within one unified Swiss compliance environment — bringing speed, security, and traceability to national financial education standards.
